We recommend professional cleaning at least once a year to maintain the cleanliness and longevity of your carpets.  This can however depend on the amount of traffic in a house so often longer periods between cleans is adequate. Surprisingly even heavily soiled carpets which have been neglected for a few years can be given a new lease of life after a thorough extraction clean!

Yes, our main process uses self neutralising solvents and detergents that are safe for both pets and children.  Occasionally for stubborn stains stronger chemicals may be temporarily applied but any residue will be completely washed away.
